Released in 2019, 'Welcome Home Mr Dubourg' is Peter Whelan's debut disc as Artistic Director of the Irish Baroque Orchestra. The disc explores the music of the Irish State Musick under the direction of Matthew Dubourg, who led the orchestra for the first performance of Handel's 'Messiah' in 1742.
